Turbo Training (TT) classes are exclusive to CrossFit Los Feliz. They are high-energy, 60-minute classes that blend overall body functional movements with high-volume interval weight training.

TT blends dynamic sports movements with dumbbell, kettlebell and gymnastics movements into a metabolic conditioning program designed to increase muscular endurance, decrease body fat and improve athletic performance.

The foundations of our TT classes are rooted in the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movement at high intensity across many different modes (types of exercise). With the TT program we are less focused on the increase in maximum strength or the use of heavy barbells and more focused on jacking up the metabolism and getting overall muscular and cardiovascular performance to the maximum levels we can push them.

Reduction or Weight Loss

TT classes are perfect for those whose main goal is body fat reduction or weight loss or for traditional CrossFitters who are looking to increase their cardiovascular and muscular endurance work capacity. The main focal points in TT are cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility training.

Turbo Training is simply a cut above other fitness classes. Every 60-minute TT class is designed by certified CrossFit experts to torch body fat, build lean muscle, improve cardiovascular endurance and challenge participants to push themselves harder than ever before.

Using a mix of CrossFit tools including speed WODs (workouts of the day), Tabata work (high-intensity interval training) and agility drills, along with exercises culled from other popular workouts (the martial arts and team sports), TT is a heart-pumping blend of cardio, strength and resistance training.

Not Your Typical Aerobics or Boot Camp Class

TT is not your typical aerobics or boot camp class. These classes are not boring or repetitive. We won’t lie to you, the workouts are challenging. So, if you want to do the same workout every day, with very few results, then you might be better off at a traditional gym. However, if you are ready to tap into your true inner fitness potential, then TT is here for just that purpose.
